Rock-'n-roll legende Aerosmith komt in 2004 voor het eerst met een live dvd. Het blues cover album Honkin' On Bobo kwam ook in 2004 uit en daarmee ging de band op tour. Het valt op dat de heren nog steeds als jonge honden op het podium staan en het publiek moeiteloos mee krijgen. Tussen het concert door wordt het opnameproces van Honkin' On Bobo toegelicht. In het bonusgedeelte nog wat extra nummers en een discografie.
